Booking includes

Beautiful vintage Douglas caravan bar, RSA trained bar staff, mobile cold-room, ice and basic lemon and lime garnishes as required.

Glassware

All glassware is provided - we’ll figure out what you will need depending on your requirements.

Drinks

BYO – yep, you supply the drinks and our RSA qualified staff will serve them in style! Choose what you want and make savings by purchasing from your own supplier, and when it’s on special. We can help you to figure out how much you will need depending on the guests that you have.

Travel

We operate between Cairns and Port Douglas but are happy to travel, extra distances will be subject to additional charges.

​

Site Locations

We can set up in public parks, however, please check with the local council to get the correct permissions and permits. We do require access to power, water and bins. For any new locations, we’d love to check them out beforehand to ensure site access.

Everyone’s events are different - please see our pricing guide below and contact us for a free quote to fit exactly what you have in mind.

Please note that we cannot secure your booking until your deposit has been paid.

Welcome Cocktails

We can supply most cocktails and provide the additional glassware to make them extra special. Welcome cocktails are always a hit with your guests. Cocktails do require extra time to make sure they’re perfect so we may require an additional staff member.

Tap Beer

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to tap a keg

​

Table Service

Our service is all about the use of the gorgeous Douglas Van so no table service is provided. Our staff will rove around throughout the night collecting glasses and empties.
